This is a quality second floor apartment situated in the property Loughrigg Brow. It offers accommodation for 2/3 persons (ideally 2 adults and 1 child). It has stunning views to the Fairfield Horseshoe and the Vale of Rydal. Personally cleaned by the owner to a very high standard.

The apartment is approached through the main entrance where there is a security entrance system. Up the magnificent staircase leads to the property situated on the second floor.

The luxury apartment has been updated in 2006 and provides a quality kitchen with all facilities and main lounge featuring a 32 inch flat screen with Sky (full package in 2009), DVD player, I-pod dock and PS2. Four day passes per week provided for the Langdale Hotel Spa and Leisure Club at Elterwater. Further passes may be purchased by request. Lounge/sitting room features new settees and 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and playstation with a selection of dvd's. Also provided is cd player/radio. The roof has interesting lines, exposed beams and notable turret features which make the most of the spectacular views. Dining table and chairs are provided in order to eat whilst enjoying this spectacular scenery or just to watch the sheep amble by on the nearby fells!

A number of steps lead down to the fully fitted kitchen which is open plan and has all the facilities you would want for self catering. It features fitted fridge, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also microwave, toaster and all the cutlery and quality crockery needed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There is also a pay phone situated in the kitchen. A breakfast bar and stools make this an enjoyable place to eat or read the paper!.

The inner hallway lead to 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with ensuite facilities( washbasin, power shower). A flat screen TV and DVD player are also provided.

Smaller second bedroom (suitable only for a young child) features single bed with velux widow providing stunning views to wake up to! The main bathroom has toilet, washbasin and bath with shower over.

The property is decorated in pastel colours throughout and has colour coordinated fabrics. This give a light and airy feel. The property is ideally suited to couples who just want to get away from it all on a relaxing break. All windows out of the apartment provide stunning views over the adjoining fells including the Fairfield Horseshoe. With a wide variety of walks from the doorstep this is an ideal base to explore all the area.

The only space for our cot in this apartment would be in the lounge, or a travel cot would fit in the second bedroom.
