This is a five star luxury first floor apartment situated in the property Loughrigg Brow. It offers quality accommodation for a maximum of 4 persons. It has stunning views to the Fairfield Horseshoe and the Vale of Rydal.
The apartment is accessed via the main door entrance. The magnificent staircase leads to the apartment situated on the first floor.
The property has been refurbished throughout in 2006 to a exceptional quality and now provides a modern kitchen with all facilities and main lounge featuring a 32 inch flat screen with Sky TV(full package for 2009), DVD player and PS2. Accomodation
Coat stand and shoe rack situated at the entrance to the apartment. Inner hallway with hanging space for outside clothing.
This leads to the main lounge with window seating, original shutters, sash windows and stunning views. There is a dining table with seating for 4 persons, leather settees and 32 inch flat screen TV, basic sky package, DVD player and playstation. There is also cd player/radio and a telephone is provided for guests use (local charge payable). A modern feature electric fire helps to warm the room on cold winter evenings!
A door leads through to the newly refurbished kitchen. This provides microwave, built in fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer, freezer, electric oven with gas hob and all the utensils and quality crockery needed. A toaster, hot drinks machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar with stools for seating are also part of this stunning kitchen. The kitchen window provides spectacular fell views with a window seat.
There are 2 bedrooms accessed by a couple of steps up from the entrance hall. The master double has a king sized bed complimented with a range of built in furniture. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a washbasin in the bedroom and again features are original sash windows with wooden shutters. There is an en suite off this bedroom providing toilet and shower.
The second bedroom is offered as either twin or super king sized (link bed to be ordered on booking form). The second bedroom has access via the hallway to the bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath with shower over. Flatscreen TV and DVD player are also provided.
There are good views from both bedrooms. The apartment features new flooring throughout including laminate in the main lounge area with Karndeen in the kitchen and bathrooms. Other areas have fitted carpets. There are colour coordinated fabrics and curtains throughout giving a light and modern feel to the property.
The apartment is cleaned personally by the owner to an extremely high standard.
Cot & highchair can be provided.(Please order via booking form). Please provide own linen for cot.
